Receiving Orders from your customers is simple. They send 850 or 875 EDI purchase orders to your EDI Id and ECLynx does the rest. The system retrieves your orders, translates them from EDI format, and displays a simple display on a web site. From there you can view, print and download the orders. Keypunch them into your accounting system or take it to the next level and import them and eliminate errors and time spent manually entering them.

Sending Invoices is easy too. Create your invoices in your accounting software and export rather than print them. Log into ECLynx and upload them and we take it from there. They are translated into 810 or 880 EDI Invoices and transmitted to your customer. We can also load a small timer program EC Remote onto your PC. It can automate the upload of your invoices to us and eliminate the need to log into ECLynx directly.
