Kristin R. Zagray, President and Chief Executive Officer

Kristin R. Zagray is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Xebec Data. In this role, Ms. Zagray holds overall responsibility for driving corporate strategy at Xebec. In addition, she contributes in product design & development, support and sales. She has been with Xebec since its inception in 1996 as a principal and has 17 years of experience in EDI with particular emphasis in the Energy & Telecom industries.

Prior to Xebec Data, Ms. Zagray served as Vice President of Sales and Support for US Gasnet, a firm that offered Electronic Bulletin Board and Bidding Systems to the natural gas industry. There she was exposed to and developed and expertise in EDI. Ms. Zagray was involved with the UIG, the Utility Industry Group, and participated in the development of EDI standards for the deregulated energy industry.

Mr. Zagray has a B.S. in Management with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She has a MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. She also has a certificate commemorating the completion of her studies at the Bard Center for Entrepreneurship Development. She maintains ties to this Center as the VP of Finance for the Entrepreneurship Council at the school.

Bradley M. Dayhuff, Vice President, EDI Support and Product Development

Bradley Dayhuff is the Vice President of EDI Support and Product development at Xebec Data. He was recruited to join the company for his extensive experience in web development and design. As Xebec adds Web EDI solutions to its services, Brad has been instrumental to this project and is responsible for managing the design and development of our exciting new launch ECLynx.

Before joining the Xebec team, Mr. Dayhuff worked for the Dayhuff Group in Columbus, Ohio. There he designed, developed and implemented online project & time management systems for the firm's consulting practice. He also developed an online customer satisfaction system and gained invaluable experience working with SQL Server, ASP, and PHP coding.

Early in his career, Mr. Dayhuff worked for years at the Center for Astrophysics and Space Astronomy in Boulder, Colorado as a systems administrator. He has a B.S. in Business with emphasis in both Information Systems & Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
